Paypoint (and formerly Secpay) handle all our transactions.

You can be assured that your credit and debit card information is always secure when you shop with us, we never receive your credit card information from Paypoint we just receive the confirmation that payment has been made into our account.

If for any reason there is a problem with a transaction a member of staff at Unipos will call you to try and resolve the problem.  We may ask for your credit card information but if for any reason you are not satisfied the call is genuine we would urge you to ask us any questions that will satisfy yourself or call Paypoint to confirm our identity.
